Chess lovers, jazz lovers! Surlepont.Brussels and Walter are up for a Blitzkrieg on the Pont Pierre Marchantbrug (Anderlecht).

Surlepont is an action group of Anderlecht inhabitants that strives to foster Marchant bridge as an iconic, green & urban social space. The place is so unique and valuable because it combines:

• An iconic viewpoint that invites you to stay and experience
• An urban social space that motivates you to meet and participate
• A green corridor that promotes active mobility and healthy living

An excellent place to end the summer holidays together on a sunny Sunday afternoon, playing chess and playing jazz. The chess tournament and impro is free, bring your little picnic or drinks and enjoy an indian summer on the bridge. Walter invited six impro lovers for a chess'n jazz impro afternoon: Clara Lévy, Nate Wooley, Frans Van Isacker, Stan Maris, Ingebrigt Håker Flaten and Teun Verbruggen. An excellent warm up for Nate, Ingebrigt and Teun for their Kami concert the day after in Walter.
