Walter Jr., dat is een internationale naam met faam en een ensemble van jong Belgisch jazztalent. Voor deze editie wordt Kit Downes de internationale coach. Hij wordt geïnviteerd om twee dagen te werken met een combo van studenten aan het Conservatorium Antwerpen. 's Avonds speelt deze jonge band een openingsset en warmt zo het podium op voor Kit Downes' ENEMY.

ENEMY are the joint forces of Kit Downes and long-time collaborators Roger Kintoph on bass and James Maddren on drums. After their last cd 'Vermillion' on the renowned ECM label, ENEMY are now experimenting with new musical material for an upcoming record for WeJazz. Walter is very excited to invite Downes for a coaching of young jazz students of the Conservatory of Antwerp, and of course to present this international piano trio at the closure of two days of intensive work.
