Walter opent!
Walter is getting ready to invite you all over at his place. From the 7th of September on, you can say hi every weekend of September.
The first weekend is all about getting to know Walter and his friends. Friday 7th of September we start off with Benjamin Sauzereau solo. Since he opened the first Walter night ever with his band Les Chroniques de l’Inutile, he might as well re-open Walter this time with the presentation of his brand new solo project, right? All work and no play makes Teun a dull boy, so here comes The Bureau of Atomic Tourism. Tom Goris will be closing our opening night with a dj set. During the opening weekend Walter Swennen will show a personal selection of works and you’ll have the opportunity to admire the big mural installation of Expanded Eye. Get an insight in our ateliers as well, and meet Wannes Lecompte, Laura Ten Zeldam, Willem Vermeersch and Franziska Windisch. Supersilent, Pablo Held Trio and Julien Desprez complete our line up for this weekend. Further on in September: Silent Water Label Night, impro and jam with Todd Clouser, S M O G invites, Raf Vertessen Quartet, an electronic night in collaboration with Bozar and Nuits Sonores and a crazy Satie project with Jozef Dumoulin.
