Onder impuls van Kunstwerkt openen meer dan 2.000 kunstenaars in Vlaanderen en Brussel hun atelier. Tijdens Atelier in Beeld bij Werkplaats Walter openen heel wat kunstenaars die hier werken hun deuren. Ontdek hun praktijken en veelzijdigheid, van schilderkunst, grafisch ontwerp, tekenkunst en weefkunst tot architectuur, multimediale installaties, fotografie en nog veel meer.

Van 11u tot 18u ontdek je de open ateliers van o.m. Francesco Del Conte, Aurike Quintelier, INFINITIF, Tim Bruggeman, Renée Pevernagie, seppe de roo, Amandine David, Maria Ferreira Silva, Kaat Lens, Arthur Boyer & Romain Nadal (Misty Blue), Wannes Lecompte, Anyuta Wiazemsky Snauwaert, Gert De Clercq, Jesse Van Dun, Quentin Materne en Sarah Duby.

Under the impulse of Kunstwerkt, more than 2,000 artists across Flanders and Brussels open their studios to the public. During Atelier in Beeld at Werkplaats Walter, many of the artists working here will open their doors. Discover their practices and range, from painting, graphic design, drawing and weaving, to architecture, multimedia installations, photography and much more.

rondleiding beschikbare werkruimtes

Na de renovaties in 2018 en 2025 beschikt Werkplaats Walter over 1200 m² kwaliteitsvolle werkruimte op wandelafstand van Brussel-Zuid. Er zijn 17 ateliers en werkruimtes voor kunstenaars en makers, voor individueel of gedeeld gebruik. Alle ruimtes beschikken over daglicht, (aangepaste) verlichting, verwarming, werkwanden en toegangscontrole.

We hebben momenteel nog enkele vrije plekken: een plaats in een gedeeld atelier, een individueel atelier, en plaats in een gedeeld atelier voor een schrijnwerker of houtbewerker. Interesse? Schrijf je in voor de rondleiding om 14u of 16u. Inschrijvingslink volgt snel.

After renovations in 2018 and 2025, Werkplaats Walter now offers 1,200 m² of high-quality workspace within walking distance of Brussels-South. The building includes 17 studios and workspaces for artists and makers, available for individual or shared use. All spaces benefit from natural daylight, (adapted) lighting, heating, work walls, and access control.
